🚫 Digital Product Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable digital goods (source code, website templates, digital tools, and assets), all sales are final and non-refundable once an order email or download link has been issued.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Because digital products are processed and delivered electronically via instant automation, orders cannot be cancelled once payment processing is completed and download access has been generated. Please review product specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of our digital solutions. Refunds are strictly granted only under the following rare exception criteria:
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same order due to a payment gateway glitch.
- Technical Non-Delivery: If a technical issue prevents us from delivering your file via email or download link, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of notification.
- Corrupt File Asset: If the downloadable file is verified to be corrupt or defective, and an updated/working copy cannot be provided.
3. Refund Request Process
If your situation qualifies under one of the exception criteria listed above:

- Include your transaction reference ID, billing name, purchase email, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
